Creating fun, authentic and heartfelt ceremonies that truly reflect who you are.
Your day is all about you,
all about love, your way.
Hi there! I'm Katie-Sue, and my passion and mission is to create a day that represents love, your way. I am an experienced MC, musician and performer; having spent the last 30 years performing the music for wedding ceremonies, and creating memorable moments for everyone to experience.
I am based on the Central Coast of NSW and am happy to travel anywhere to help you seal the deal and marry your soul mate. I am authorised to create and perform marriage ceremonies, anywhere in Australia, for those who can legally marry. I believe that love is love, and that everyone has the right to marry who they love, no matter race, religion or sexual orientation.
I am happy to create ceremonies for all types of weddings. If you like the simple things and want to keep it short, we can get you to your party fast. Or if you prefer to savour the moment, and have a little extra time to express your love, your way, then we can do that too.
You will find everything you need on my site to help you get started, including the processes of marriage, and all the legal stuff.
If you prefer to be guided through the process, just get in touch and we can have a chat to kickstart your exciting day.

The most basic of ceremonies, with only the legal words, the paperwork, and a few signatures. All you need is yourselves and two witnesses.
Your elopement ceremony doesn't always needs to be simple. Whether your ideas are big or small, extravagant or simple, we will create something suitably amazing, and keep it just between you and me, and some other two folk (witnesses of your choosing).
I love weddings! Whether the ceremony be traditional or completely left of centre. Being given the honour to create something for you both, and to share with all your guests that is YOUR story, YOUR way is what I love most.
The first step is a complimentary catch up, either face to face or via video chat, to understand a little more about each other. I will talk you through the process, prices and how I will support you, and you can tell me all about your dreams for your day.
If you feel that we are right for each other, we can lock it in. We will start to dig a little deeper about the two of you, your dreams for the future and for each other, and also sign some legal stuff.
I will provide you with some homework to complete, that will get you both thinking about what you want to say on your wedding day, and how you would like your story represented. I will then take the time to create a personalised and heartfelt ceremony that perfectly reflects love, your way.
In the 2 weeks prior to your ceremony date, we will catch up to confirm all the details and lock in any last minute changes. It is also good to do a rehearsal at this stage, if that's your thing. This gives you plenty of time to chill before the big day.
On your wedding day, I will be available for you should anything change, or should we need to manage an unplanned events. I will be standing with you and beside you, to ensure a beautiful, smooth and memorable ceremony, for you and your guests.
Prior to the ceremony
A Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) needs to be completed between 18 months to 30 days prior to your ceremony. A Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage will need to be completed just prior to your ceremony. These can be filled out when we catch up face to face. Therefore, you will need to bring original (not copies) forms of the following ID:
During the ceremony
There are specific legal words and sentences that must be said by me during the ceremony. These will be masterfully woven into the ceremony so they feel like they were always meant to be there.
There are also some legal words that you must both say to each other - I will happily guide you through the process of weaving these beautifully into your vows.
During the ceremony, we will sign three Certificates of Marriage (one for you, one for me and one for the registrar), and one commemorative marriage certificate.
Post Ceremony
After the ceremony, I will organise for your Certificate of Marriage to be sent to the department of Births, Deaths & Marriages within 14 days of your wedding.
